Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:

• Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

• We do not require items to be returned for most manufacturing defects.

• Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
